Reporting structure: Direct report to Rewards Lead

Principal accountabilities: 

-         Design, update, and execute company-wide rewards programs

 Employee engagement 

-         Localize, adopt, and execute global rewards programs

-         Develop presentation materials effectively visualizing rewards programs’ logic and processes 

-         Establish and manage plans for yearly labor costs 

-         Manage and execute the performance rating process 

-         Conduct and analyze salary surveys and design salary proposals for final candidates in the hiring process 

-         Support general human resources management

 

 Qualifications: 

-         3+ years of experience in the field of human resources 

-         Of which, 2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits are a must (3 years or longer preferred) 

-         General knowledge in labor laws and HR policies 

-         Great planning and analyzing skills and good with numbers 

-         MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel): Excellent 

-         English: Intermediate
